Rapid advancements in AI, geopolitical unrest, climate change, and increased social media attention to companies’ stances on political and environmental issues are transforming expectations for corporate communicators and communication students. These dynamics raise critical questions about the future role of communication professionals: What parts of the profession will be supported or even taken over by AI and which uniquely human competencies will become more vital than ever? What skills are needed in this fast-changing and complex environment? How can communication professionals prioritize important issues and balance the tightrope between operational demands and strategic vision?

Join us for a discussion forum where you can engage in roundtable discussions with researchers and practitioners to jointly explore current and future challenges of the profession and develop collaborative opportunities for working towards solutions. Together, we will examine how to merge research insights and current experience from practice to emphasize the importance of highly skilled communicators as drivers of change. The think tank will focus on the crucial role of skilled communicators in helping organizations navigate multi-stakeholder demands and refine their branding strategy in an increasingly complex digital future.

Don't miss this chance to contribute to shaping the future of communication.
