Our strategic foundation
At BI Norwegian Business School, we are dedicated to delivering education and research that truly makes a difference. With a rich history spanning over eight decades, BI has already left an enduring mark on countless individuals, improved business practices, and shaped our society for the better.
However, we operate in an ever-changing landscape characterised by increased competition, rapid technological advancements, shifting financial frameworks and changing student preferences.
Our Strategy 2030 sets clear goals for how we aim to secure and further develop our position as a world-class international business school, recognised by its Triple Crown accreditation.
BI remains committed to what we regard as our most important societal contribution, which is to offer a broad access to education, empowering individuals irrespective of their backgrounds to transform their lives and careers.
At BI, we say that “we don’t care where you are coming from, only where you’re going”.
To support life-long learning and a student-centric approach, we will continue to offer a diverse portfolio of bachelor’s, master’s, PhD and Executive programmes, with selected offerings available digitally and across multiple campuses.
With our study programmes, we foster a culture for continuous improvement and exceptional student learning experiences. With our research, we commit to excellence, impact and relevance.
As we explore new, relevant, and business-oriented academic disciplines, we continue to push boundaries and innovate, driven by our Nordic values and heritage. Looking ahead, we will consider university accreditation in the Norwegian higher education system.
And at the heart of it all? Some truly remarkable individuals: Our faculty, students, and staff. United by dedication, skill and ambition, we collectively strive to deliver knowledge that creates a tangible difference. That is what our Strategy 2030 is all about.
