Introduction

This course is part of the Executive Master of Management in Energy in cooperation with BI Norwegian Business School and IFP School and is designed to provide an overview of the science of leadership and how it can be applied in real-world scenarios. The course will cover a range of topics, including the latest research on leadership, the role of learning, psychological safety, creativity, and work motivation.
