Introduction

Organizations are currently in a transformation phase where having a conscious approach to risk is crucial for adapting to changes from a sustainable perspective. Managing risks and hazards often involves partial analysis within a limited time frame, often associated with a high degree of uncertainty. This can lead to a paradoxical situation where risk management and the expanded use of risk analysis can hinder long-term sustainable development. A holistic approach to risk and sustainability will help the organization build resilience through systemic risk management and awareness of the issue.
